No need to say that you will not be preparing French dishes in this class! So many of you were asking to learn how to make pizza that it only made sense to create an Italian class. These typical but quite simple dishes will please you a lot. They are easy to prepare, easy to freeze for most of them and they taste delicious. Please note that you will not learn to make fresh pasta or bread in this class.
Learn how to make lasagnas, pizza, garlic bread, pasta alla carbonara, Spaghetti Bolognese, tiramisu (including ladyfingers from scratch!). You will of course learn to make a tomato sauce from scratch. Sample the different dishes prepared during the class and share some pizza at the end of class. You will also leave with the dishes prepared in class to share at home.

This is a first at The French Kitchen! Chef Anne will be teaching this NEW Asian class. Your taste buds will dance with joy as you travel through traditional, authentic, and delicious Japanese dishes.
Learn how to make Soyu Ramen with Pork Belly Roll, Gyoza with Pork, Negimaki. Eat the pho while it’s hot along with the goi cuon and take the others home to enjoy!

Once you eat delicious homemade FRESH pasta- it’s hard to go back to dried pasta. It has a bite and texture that can only be achieved by making the perfect pasta dough- which we will teach you in this class! We will make fillings and sauces from scratch along with two types of pasta dough. Then we will create different pasta shapes. Go home with several meals and the recipes. Learn how to make Semolina Pasta Dough, Spinach Pasta Dough, Ravioli Fillings: Creamy Lemon Basil, Butternut Squash And Sage, Pesto, Mushroom Duxelle, Pea & Comte, Ricotta & Spinach, Four Cheese & More. Sauces: Lamb Ragù, Brown Butter, Braised Collard Greens with Bacon, and more. Eat some of your creations in class and take the others home to enjoy!

As food trucks gain popularity around the country, we would like to introduce this class where you and your young chef can prepare and eat a variety of food truck-inspired bites! We are packing a lot of flavor in 6 different recipes and encouraging you to be more creative and adventurous. In this fast-paced class, participants will work individually on some of the dishes and as a team on others. Learn to make Cajun Egg Rolls with Dipping Sauce, Indian Aloo Tikki Cakes, Paneer Veggie Skewers, Thai Lettuce Wraps with Peanut Dipping Sauce, French Hot Dogs, and Ice Cream Tacos and More!
Please Note: A full meal will be eaten during the class and all leftovers can be brought home for you to try!
