Class Description

New for 2024! Have you heard the phrase “The sun never sets on the British Empire?”  Well, that may no longer be true, but many United Kingdom classics have been shared around the world and changed to fit a particular cultures’ spices or ingredients.  This year we will bring you traditional dishes as they’ve been made for decades with the same ingredients used in the British Isles – Scotland, Great Britain, and Ireland.  We will also discuss what’s been modernized, how to easily replicate or change many of these recipes to suit your personal preferences, or using the tools you have at home…what no sheep casing lying around?  No problem!  At the end of class we will snack on a scotch egg you’ve each created as well as have tons of comfort foods to take home and enjoy with others.
