Let's explore and discuss why certain wines make better choices for your holiday table or party. Learn how to select, store, present, and enjoy wines that will enhance your menu, regardless if you prefer the classic Thanksgiving meal of turkey, stuffing, and cranberry sauce, a Christmas meal of prime rib with all the usual side dishes, or if you enjoy trying new holiday ideas, such as grilled lamb with a variety of chutneys. This will not be a cooking class. Instead, this class will focus on how to match certain wines with certain foods often served during the holidays.
